Let’s talk about Zero Gravity Workout a new generation of Calisthenic. Originally create by US Street Workout, Germans come out with new type of Street Workout. They called it The Zero Gravity Workout.

Alex and Sven made this Zero Gravity Workout Challenge in order to work every ( almost every ) muscle you have.

Zero Gravity Workout Full Program

Calisthenic Movement offers different workout programs for different levels.

The basic workouts are divided into 5 consecutive parts. Every level has it’s own requirements to make sure you get an optimal program which fits to your current performance level.

You can train with one level until you are able to meet the requirements for the next level. Click on the relevant picture to get more information about every level.

Recommendation  for Zero Gravity Workout

In order to make the Zero-G Workout works for you, you should break it into many pieces.

Pick 3-5 Calisthenic Movements and try to work to progress the max on them for 3 days per week.
For sample, I will choose Planche, Muscle-up and the Front Level.
