Treadmill is my favoriate Cardio training. But, running or walking in the same place can be boring if done repeatly. Fortunely, I like music and keep me motivated. Else, here some fun workout on The treadmill, so you will keep hard training and enjoying your treadmill workout.
Fun Workouts on the Treadmill
More than runing and walking forward on the treadmill, you can diversify the exercices and exit the routine on treamill training.
Here someTreadmill training you may want to try
- Forward, side, Backwards, side, repeat
- You can also just walk backwards the whole time and for a better burn
- Incline with incline 0.05 Speed, then 25% incline with 2 speed.
- Walking at high incline
- Rnning or jogging for 30 secondes then resting for 20 seconds ( and repeat )
