  1. Adriene, you rock! As a teacher I love using chair yoga in the class. Inclusive for all students. Not just for seniors but great for people with disabilities too!

  2. Thanks Adriene. I haven't practised yoga for a couple of months and this was just what I needed to get started again. I love your videos. Thanks so much for sharing your love of yoga.

  3. Thank you! I had my mom here and was trying to do yoga with her, but her wrists and hips were not suited to even the beginner practice!

  4. Thank you for this great sequence! I'm having a hard time with my mobility these days and tried chair yoga today. Thanks for reminding me to be grateful with my body, even in those days when it can't move freely as I would like πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

  5. Can you please do a video on yoga for scientists? My back aches from either straining for long periods at the microscope or standing while doing experiments!

  7. Hi Adriene, I was thinking of starting yoga and I was going to start your 31days playlist. I was just wondering if it's ok to use being 23 weeks pregnant. Safe poses and all that. Interested to know what you or anyone else thinks. Thanks.

  8. Hello, my friend! Wonderful class, as always. I've been getting a lot of requests for Chair Yoga and this has inspired me to get to work πŸ™‚

  9. Thank you Adriene for your free yoga sessions. I have been an intermittent student of yoga for all of my adult years. I am 63yo. Most of the yoga classes in my area are too expensive for my budget, but I enjoy having a motivation to inspire me to hit the mat. I like the way you lead your class. Its not too fast or too slow or too difficult. I LIke your patient sweet voice that guides so gently.

  10. Thank you so much for trhis sequence. My sister is 80 and has bad arthritis in her back and hips, but she can do this. More yoga for seniors would be awesome if you are willing. Thanks Adriene!!

  12. Wonderful! My husband deals with severe lung issues from a genetic disorder. We have tried another yoga program from a hospital and his first comment after finishing Chair yoga, "its a better workout and does not make me feel old." Your vitality, creativity and integrity shine through all your videos. In appreciation – LOVE!

  13. Since 1,5 years i'm practising yoga at home, but ever since your revolution this year i can realy feel my progress so much more. Your way of teaching is amazing and you've let me grow so much already! Thank you sooo soo much! Maybe an idea for your future plans, an advanced yoga series? To follow up the revolution πŸ™‚ ready for more challenge! Lots of love

  15. I truly enjoyed this video. I have done quite a few chair yoga videos on YouTube and found yours to be different and very beneficial. It was nice to be able to both sit and stand during this video. I will definitely do this one again.

  16. Brett Larkin you might have saved my future. My back has been so tight after a car accident 11 years ago my drs said I'll be in a wheelchair in my 50s. After doing your chair yoga my back has loosened. I cant remember the last time my back was loose. I feel like ive lost weight too doing it although the dr scale always says I've gained a pound. Thank you. You inspire me and I've been doing your chair yoga for 7 weeks now everyday and haven't missed a day. I do it even when im in pain and twice have cried doing it due to the amount of back pain im in but im dedicated and refuse to miss a day. Thank you again for giving me a new meaning on life.

  18. Lovely. I am facing double knee surgery and my hip is getting out of whack. I need good stretches that will not make this worse. I am 61 and I felt all of the good stretches but it kept the main pressure off of my knees. And definitely would like more. Thank you Syl
