Yoga total body detox is a yoga vinyasa flow class that will help your body rid itself of toxins.

We will create heat in the body with some core work and pranayama. Then we’ll focus on twists. This yoga vinyasa flow class links breath and movement while paying special attention to proper alignment.

Yoga vinyasa flow is a type of hatha yoga which is a physical practice incorporating yoga poses or yoga postures.

Fightmaster yoga is dedicated to providing free yoga classes and are funded primarily by donations. We’re a husband and wife team.
